electronic case report forms (eCRFs) rethinked
What is re:forms?
re:forms (Research Forms) is a software for form-based data collection in science. It is designed to simplify data collection and also improve its quality. It can be used both centrally on the web and as an offline client with data synchronisation. re:forms is primarily intended for research projects that, for financial reasons, have to forego cost-intensive solutions and at the same time need an easy-to-use solution for high-quality data collection.

Supported use cases
- for most types of studies, such as intervention studies and healthcare-related studies (except for drug studies)
- general capture of form-based data of any kind
